My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Felix is a 3 year-old Staffordshire Terrier mix with lots of love to give! He’s a big dog, with a big heart, who wants nothing more than to please his people. He enjoys being surrounded by his toys and chew bones, and is perfectly content to lay at your feet or snuggle with you on the couch. He is house trained, but may have an accident or two while he is adjusting to his new environment. He is a quick learner though! He does not tolerate being crated, but is non-destructive when left alone, and will patiently wait for you to return home to give him belly rubs. He loves going on walks and does great on a leash. He also likes to run, so a fenced in backyard to play in would be great! He is a very strong boy though and sometimes forgets how big he is; he can get a little hyper and wiggly and accidentally bump into things—so a home without small children would be best. He does well with most other dogs after a proper, slow introduction. He has lived in a foster home with a cat, but he can be a bit curious around them and overly excited because he wants to play.
