Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kristy was an owner surrender to the county shelter because her family was moving to a place they could not take her. Kristy was petrified at the shelter and was placed on the euthanasia list. This wonderful girl did not deserve to die because the world she knew was turned upside down.
From the start, Kristy has been easy going and good with the other dogs in her foster home. Her foster “Mom” has taken a particular liking to Kristy because of her sweet personality and believes Kristy will adjust to another family and home very easily. If you are looking for a nice companion dog that will take walks and snuggle, then Kristy is your girl!
Kristy’s previous owner did state that she was good with children and other dogs. We do not know about cats. Kristy is housetrained and knows basic commands.
She is spay, up to date on her vaccines and tested negative for heartworm, tick & lyme disease.
Contact us at britrescueaz@cox.net if you would like to meet Kristy. Our adoption process includes an application, home visit, interview and meet/greet with Kristy and any other pets you may have. She is fully vaccinated, spay and tested negative for heartworm, tick & lyme diseases. Her adoption fee is $250 which helps us purchase food and medical care for dogs that are not as healthy as Aspen.
