Timmy's Story...
It's been said, 'There are few things in life more heartwarming than to be welcomed by a cat.' Timmy will steal your heart because running up to greet a visitor is just what he is famous for! Timmy is a dapper-looking, people-loving tuxedo who was born in March 2015. His penguin suit is mostly black, but he has a cute white blaze up his nose, a white vest, short white gloves, and tall white boots. He sleeps on his foster mom's shoulder with his head under her chin.....not very comfortable, but, heck, he loves to snuggle. He probably will be small for his age but makes up for it with love and energy.
Timmy is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. His adoption fee is $100, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Timmy, a Houston Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
