Pete(L)(50 lb) Fun Family Pet!'s Story...
Hi! I'm Pete! I was saved from a local HIGH KILL shelter and now I'm looking for my new, true, forever home. Yes, I'm a cutie and big sweetheart! I'm approx. 1 year old and approx. 50 pounds(3/8). I'm extremely sweet, loving, friendly and playful. I'm well socialized and have never met a stranger! You'll see just how wonderful and handsome I am in my video. I'm great with kids and everyone I come in contact with. I need to be the only pet because I love all of the attention. I have a sweet and loving temperament. I really enjoy being petted and loved on. The more love I get, the better! I love being scratched behind my ears. I'm highly intelligent and mind well, inside and out. I'm crate trained and doing really well with my house-training. I love to sleep on my dog bed or snuggled up next to someone. I'd love to be a lap baby if I were small enough. I like to give kisses. If you're looking for a happy-go-lucky, sweet, intelligent and awesome dog, then look no further! I'd make a great companion for someone who loves the outdoors. I'd make a great family pet! I hope to find a forever family and home soon! I'm a great dog and deserve the best that life can give! I hope someone gives me a chance! I'm ready to learn new things and live the good life I so richly deserve! I'd love to be an exciting addition to your wonderful family/life! I'll provide the unconditional love and you can provide the belly rubs!*When Pete came out the door, he came right to me to give me love. He rested his head on my lap because I'm on a wheelchair. He was very easy with me. He'll make someone a great furry companion! He will be loyal to his human and love them endlessly. This pet has a short video available to watch on our YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/user/CCR923/videos to give adopters a better idea of the pets personality and true size. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pete(L)(50 lb) Fun Family Pet!, a Burlington Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
