ADOPTION PENDING Hi, everyone! I'm 'Little Man' Ethan, and I am a furry 6 month old package of sunshine. My story doesn't start out so bright, though. You see, my last 'dad' thought it was swell to leave me behind in the bathroom of our house when he skipped town. It was pretty scary being all alone and hungry. After almost a week, a lady peeked in the door and found me. She called the authorities right away and the control officer handled me with care and took me to the shelter. The shelter saved my life, but now it's time for me to find a home. I am always looking for approval from the people who spend time with me here, because I really want to make them happy. I could use a little self-confidence and more socialization, so an adoptive home and some basic obedience classes would be perfect! I will need some pointers (like on housetraining), but I have lots of love to give and am so young and trainable. My list of enjoyable activities includes Kongs filled with peanut butter, long walks in tall grass, and biting the tops off of dandelions. Since this is my first spring in this world, I've discovered butterflies for the first time and think that they are really neat. I've met some cats and at least one rooster, and I hate to admit it, but I am a big woosie when it comes to those critters. I enjoy the company of dogs that give off a 'cool' vibe, and I'm getting to know and like more dogs every day.
