Paw Camp (RMC Paw Camp)
Pawsitive Tails in Time
The Reception and Medical Center Work Camp located in Lake Butler, FL has partnered with the Lake City Humane Society to provide a re-entry program for inmates, while giving abandoned dogs another chance at a forever home. This is a ten week program that will train former shelter dogs in basic obedience (sit, watch, come, heel, down, stay stand, back, wait, touch, etc.) The well-mannered graduates will leave the program sterilized, fully vaccinated, up to date on parasite preventatives, microchipped, crate trained and ready to give you years of loyalty and companionship.
We are asking for your support, by having you spread the word about this program, in order to help the dogs find their perfect forever families. Dogs will be ready to go to their new homes after the completion of the program, however, waiting list applications are being accepted NOW. To apply, visit http://www.lakecityhumane.org
