Smokey and Bandit's Story...
Smokey and Bandit are a dynamic duo loaded with personality. They are curious and adventurous, always looking for new things to play with. They play with and chase their foster family's cats, and they absolutely ADORE the dog. Smokey and Bandit love to snuggle with you, and often nap with the dog. Smokey has a unique look as a black tabby with subtle hints of brown and gray. He is very chatty and gives nose kisses. Bandit is black tabby, but his stripes are barely visible. He has the most adorable squeak of a meow, and is the more adventurous of the two. They both love to climb on your shoulder and purr in your ear. This pair will entertain you all day long!

These animals are fostered in Huntsville, AL. To speak with their foster mom, please email info@FORrescue.net. If you'd like to complete an application (non-binding) and get things started quickly, then complete the application at www.FORrescue.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Smokey and Bandit, a Nashville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
