Jager's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Jager's Story...
Jager is a 5 yr old male whose owner has had him since he was a puppy. They recently adopted 2 children and their fence was badly damaged in recent storm. So they feel they no longer have time for Jager, and they do not have the funds to fix the fence either. In fact, when he gets out of the yard now, a neighbor has been shooting at him. He will be fully vetted prior to adoption. According to his owner, he has been mostly an indoor dog, he is potty trained & good with other dogs & has lived with and is good with children. He is a sweet & friendly boy that needs to land in a safe, loving & responsible home. If you are interested in adopting Jager, please contact at LoneStarDobermanRescue@gmail.com
You will have to complete an application. We adopt to all areas of TX and if you are not in TX, you must be within 5 hours of DFW.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jager, a Fort Worth Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
