Hi! I'm Delilah! I was found doing circles in the middle of the highway. Luckily, I was saved by a local veterinarian and now I'm looking for my new, true forever home! Yes, I'm adorable and an extra special little girl! I'm approx. 2 years old and approx. 10 pounds(4/20). I'm a little thin but happily working on gaining some weight. I'm super sweet, loving, friendly and playful. I'm well socialized and have never met a stranger! I'm great with kids, cats and other dogs. I'm extra special because I am deaf. Don't let that fool you! When I go outside to play, I'm one wide open little girl! I can play and have fun with the best of them! I can do everything other dogs can do except hear you but I'm learning hand signals and doing great. I'm highly intelligent and mind well, inside and out. I'm house and crate trained. I really enjoy being petted and loved on. The more love and attention I get, the better. I hope to get a forever person or family that will treat me like the princess I am and love me unconditionally. I will need a home with a fenced in yard so I can play safely. I can't wait to stretch my little legs and put my ears in the wind at my new home. TRANSPORTATION TO THE NORTHEAST IS AVAILABLE. All pets come from NC/VA (our euthanasia rate is approx 85%) and must be quarantined (to ensure health) prior to leaving the state. We go ahead and post them in hopes of them having a home ready and waiting for them to go, once their quarantine period is over. We also adopt into Canada.
