Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nino is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met! Nino is a Cairn Terrier mix, about 6 months old neutered, 13 lbs. He has been to the dog park and has been very friendly with other dogs. Loves to play and run in the grass. Nino sleeps quietly in his crate all night and is the sweetest thing to wake up to in the morning. He loves belly rubs and being close to his people.
He loves hiking and meeting other doggie friends to play with. Nino is very smart and likes to learn new things. He is house trained with few accidents, walks nicely on the leash and loves going for adventures. After his walk, he settles nicely at home and is happy to curl next to your feet or on your lap). He is pretty easy to be around! Nino is learning to play fetch, and since he is still teething a bit, loves squeaking his soft toys and chewing on his dog chews.
Nino is a little shy with new people at first, but once he bonds with you, he will be a buddy-for-life. He is currently being fostered with another small dog and has to have a canine friend to live with. He would do well in a home where his people are not gone for long periods of time. He loves to be with others. He has not been tested with kids or cats, though he does seem interested in a game of chase with the cats we have seen while on walks and is so sweet we are sure he will be good with children. He is a wonderful dog and will make someone very happy!!
Nino's adoption fee is $275 and is being fostered in San Francisco and Sonoma.
