My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Jason. I’m a 10 year old miniature Schnauzer.

My family was unable to care for me due to illness, so I now find myself with Schnauzer Rescue. I have been well cared for during my life, and they taught me many commands. My foster mom can’t get over how smart I am. Since entering rescue, I’ve been to the vet for a check up, micro chip, and had my teeth cleaned.

I’m now living in my foster home with my fur brothers and sister….and the cat.
I spend most of my time running around the yard playing with my buddies and love the evenings when I can lay on the couch with my foster family. I also enjoy walks around the neighborhood, but need a fenced yard as that is what I’ve had my whole life. I would also do best in a home with another dog.

My foster mom thinks I’m a pretty laid back guy, but I’m not a guy that likes to be picked up. I’m a great jumper and just prefer to get where I’m going by myself. I am a very smart boy and have a lot to offer to my new family. I am utd on shots, neutered, heart worm negative, house broke and crate trained. I am being fostered by Amy in Miamisburg, Ohio.
