Florence is a female Bichon Frise mix approximately 3 years old. She has been professionally groomed and has bright white curls that are non-shedding. Florence is a refined young lady who likes a peaceful environment. She gets along fine with other dogs, but is a confident girl and does very well on her own too. She enjoys hanging out in her doggie bed or taking brisk walks through the neighborhood. She is an easy keeper and great inside the house. Florence gets cutely animated when you talk to her and will trot around happily with her little tail curled up over her back. She is a one or two person dog, becoming very loyal and devoted to those she knows and trusts. Kids would not be good for her since she likes a quieter home without a lot of commotion. She loves to be stroked and talked to, but she is not demanding at all and will give you your space if you are busy with something else. Florence is excellent inside the home and is completely potty trained. She likes treats which she takes gently from your hand. She now comes when she is called, especially if you are holding a treat as a reward. Florence needs a gentle touch since we think she has been abused in her young life. She was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where she was brought in stray in a sad state of neglect. Florence is healthy and has been vet checked and is ready for her new future and forever loving home!
Florence’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Florence is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Vicki and Cecil and is ready for her forever home.
