My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby is a female Chihuahua/terrier mix. She's only 6 months old and pure playful puppy. She weighs about 7 lbs. Ruby was rescued from a local shelter suffering from demodectic mange, which is non-contagious, but miserable to live with. Her little body was itchy, red, irritated and missing hair. In the beginning she wouldn't even hold up her head. Playing was out of the question. She had given up. After 6 weeks of treatment she's a new puppy. She will play till she drops. She can run like the wind and would do best in a home with a yard and other dogs to play with. When she's not wrestling with her brothers, she likes chewing on her foster mom's toes. Grabbing her pant legs when she walks is also a favorite hobby of Ruby's. At night she'd love to sleep in your arms. She's been through a lot in her short life and just wants to feel loved and safe. Ruby is spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on her shots. She still needs a little work on house breaking, but is crate trained and has never had an accident while in her crate. This little girl has a lot of love in her heart. Please contact me at tyedyekitty@gmail.com for more information or complete an interest application at www.ahome4spot.com. She'll be your best friend forever. There is an adoption fee for Ruby.
