Maizy's Story...
Maizyy and her sister and brother were in a box in the Walmart parking lot as giveaways. They were only 6 weeks old and covered in seed ticks! The girl said the mom was her parents dog and she didn't know anything about them. We are guessing they are retriever/spaniel mixes and will be anywhere from 40 to 60 lbs when grown. They are all very good puppies, some of the easiest we have had in a while. Maizy is spayed, has had three sets of shots, is mircrochipped and of course wormed several times. All she needs now is a forever home with lots of love! Maizy is now 13 weeks old and weighs 16 lbs. If you are interested in being that lucky family please contact omlc7@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maizy, a Plainfield Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
