And now a few words from me:

I am a very gentle girl and I want nothing more than to come into your home and show you how much I can love you. I really enjoy my belly rubs and head scratches. I’m a little nervous when I meet men, but only for a short time until I am comfortable (a few belly rubs will get them some brownie points). Sometimes sudden, loud movements make me bark and I’m sorry if it scares you, but remember, a belly rub always makes me feel better! I love to follow my foster mommy around all day long, whatever she wants to do...I like to be right there to do it with her!

And now a few words from my foster family:

Lily is a very sweet little lady and she wants nothing more than to love and adore you. You will feel this immediately. She loves walks and car rides. Lily also likes to explore the backyard and is never to far away from us; she will sit quietly beside us enjoying the sunshine. She is good with our two dogs but isn’t sure how to play as a group; she thinks she needs to protect me and might bark at the others. When someone rings the doorbell, she will usually bark because the other two dogs are barking, but generally she is a very quiet companion dog. She is in her crate at night for sleeping but I’m sure if you insisted, she’d sleep in your bed! Lily has 3 small fleece blankets that she loves to drag around the house; it’s actually the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!

Health Note: Lily has a condition called “dry eye”. She gets a lubricant put into her eyes daily because she doesn’t produce enough tears on her own.
