Sirius was an owner surrender because he kept urinating on the floor. The family that surrendered him did everything they could - including blood tests. He is slightly overweight but otherwise healthy. Sirius has a problem with sphincter control and could also stand to lose a little weight, which may help.
He does not like dogs, has been around children and has been around other cats. He LOVES human attention.
