My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bubba! He is was born in 2011 and he's so very sweet!
Bubba and Grainger have a close bond and would love if they could find a home together.

Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which typically causes a weakening of the cat's immune system. FIV cats usually long and healthy lives just like "normal" cats, but it's important to keep them indoors and vaccinated, feed them a high-quality diet and seek veterinary care at the first sign of illness (things like upper respiratory or ear infections can take longer for an FIV cat to fight off so it helps to catch them early). Since FIV is only spread through bite wounds, you can safely keep a FIV positive cat with FIV negative cats if the cats get along well.
