Monkey was an 'urgent rescue'...HSS was contacted by a local animal control facility, they had just picked up a small dog (under 10#), who had an embedded harness. Monkey has since had surgery, healed, and is ready to begin a new life.
Monkey, an adorable wee-fella (pics do not do him justice!), is shy of strangers...though, once you become fast friends, he is very accepting to your affection (sharing LOTS of kisses & play), as well as 'talks' to you. He is an extremely happy, sweet, snuggly and COMICAL pup...only wanting to be at your side. He prefers to share your bed, though will submit to a doggie-bed beside your bed... Monkey seems to do best with older children, and he much enjoys the company of other animals (quite playful)...his favorite game is 'FETCH/TUGGA'!
Breeds mix: PomChi -estimated DOB: June 2015 -neutered -current on his adult series of vaccines (including CIV), dewormers, current on his monthly HW (tested negative) & F/T preventions and microchipped. Crate trained/Housebroken (will use puppy pads)/Walks well on a leash (with harness).
