Berlia's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Berlia's Story...
Berlia is a 3 year old Maine Coon. She came to us off the street with no collar or microchip and sadly after almost a month no one came forward to claim her. She has been fully vetted and is now in search of her forever home.

This is what her foster has to say about her:
"Berlia can be social at times or just do her own thing. If she isn't following me around then she will just be laying around sun bathing. She is a very vocal can't and will never let me hear the end of it if the food bowls are empty. In the beginning she showed aggression towards my cats, but she has now adjusted to them. I am still not sure how she will react to new cats. I know she isn't too fond of dogs or my young niece. She tested negative for FeLV and should remain an indoor cat."

All of our pets are vet checked, spayed/neutered, vaccinated appropriate to age and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Adopters receive a copy of the adoption contract, adoption receipt, available vet records, micro-chip registration card, and personalized engraved identification tag at the time of the adoption or a week after the adoption has been completed by mail.

Please Note: You must live in California and be 18+ years of age to adopt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Berlia, a North Hollywood Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in North Hollywood, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in North Hollywood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Hollywood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Hollywood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Hollywood paves the way for another one to be saved.
