This gorgeous little girl is Pop tart, she is an amazing, lovable, funny and playful bundle of cuteness. She is very clever, and learns quickly. Pop tart was bottle fed as a baby when she became separated from her mama, but she has done great. She's good with cats and cat friendly dogs, also humans of all ages. She adores attention and play time with her humans, but will happily make her own fun too. She would love to have a kitty playmate if possible.

Pop tart has been spayed, microchipped, is current on all vaccination, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.

About Homes for Pets

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of animal lovers who volunteer our time and talents to help homeless needy pets find new homes. Many of our pets come from life or death situations, or abusive situations. Some pets come from city shelters. We also list animals that are still with their owner, but for one reason or another the owner can no longer keep them. Our dogs and cats live in foster homes, not in a shelter. You don't have to wonder if a dog or cat is good with kids, or other dogs or cats. You will usually know if they are. We work on housebreaking and basic manners as well.

ALL of our animals, even those we list for owners trying to re-home their pets, must be spayed/neutered to help control the serious animal overpopulation in this area.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Adoption events are held at the following locations/times:

We hold adoption events at the Forum PetSmart (exits 172-173 off IH-35 in San Antonio) each weekend from noon - 4:00 p.m. We also hold occasional other adoption events. Check the calendar on our website for additional or updated information! (www.homesforpets.org)

Our Adoption Process...

If you'd like to adopt an animal from us, please go to our website at www.homesforpets.org to fill out an adoption application!
