for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Arlo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Arlo's Story...
Arlo recently turned 4 and retired from racing so he can start his life as a treasured pet. He appears to do fine with cats and small dogs and kids, too..

I’ll bet you can guess why I am named Arlo. I’m a gentle, happy dog with a fluffy coat who will make you think of those hip people from the 70’s. You can imagine me lying around listening to Arlo Guthrie or even strumming along on my guitar! My drug of choice is dog food…despite my psychedelic and folk aspirations, I think you will love how sweet, goofy, affectionate, and well behaved I am when you come to meet me. I even am OK with cats. Please sign up for a meeting very soon!!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Arlo, a Tucson Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Tucson, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Tucson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tucson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tucson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tucson paves the way for another one to be saved.
