Rocky was brought to us by a someone that saw him in a terrible situation. He was neglected and sad. Now in his foster home he is coming out of his shell and is a very sweet boy. He will follow you around and loves to be by your side. He takes a little bit to warm up to you but then loves the attention. Since being in his foster home, his foster family has yet to hear him bark. He's crate trained and has great potty manners. The vet estimates his age at around 2- 3 years old. He weighs 8.5 lbs.
