Winnie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Winnie's Story...
On April 25, 2016, CPR received 25 dogs from an elderly owner with cancer who was having to leave her home. None of the pets have ever seen a vet or been spayed or neutered. CPR has taken all in for first vet visits and shots and has started to get them spayed and neutered. They will do best in homes with patience and love as they have ever only known one caregiver and need time to build trust. Homes without children will be preferable.

Special Medical Information:
Winnie came to us with several masses. They are being removed this week and will be biopsied before she goes home for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winnie, a Savannah Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
