Gunny's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Gunny's Story...
Gunny wouldn't mind lying around eating bon bons all day while you pay the mortgage, but he's suited for an active home or as a walking buddy. He was so starved when we found him, that he's been trying to make up for those missed meals every since. Remarkably, after starvation and neglect, Gunny remains the sweetest dog with a calm and submissive temperament. He just wants to be someone's special boy. He's fairly low energy, but he's a young dog (2-3 yrs) and would adapt to most any home. We were told he's a registered American bulldog. He is a great looking dog with a muted beautiful brindle coat.

Neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, heartworm negative and taking preventatives. We do require a fenced yard to keep him safe when he is outside.

Application, adoption fee, and brief home visit by appointment. Out of area adoptions possible with an approved application. Email were4dogs@gmail.com or text/call 256x665x6104 Send a text or leave a message.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunny, a Alabaster Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Alabaster, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Alabaster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alabaster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alabaster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alabaster paves the way for another one to be saved.
