Facts about Sweet Pea

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red Tabby
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Sweet Pea is aptly named. He has a sweet nature and a very sweet expression. He is young – an adult, but probably under five years old. Sweet Pea is a short-haired orange tabby male and is really good-looking. He was pretty scared when he came, but now is extremely affectionate and really loves it when his human friends lie down with him. He’s a real lover boy once he gets comfortable with you. Sweet Pea is considered a “Special Needs” kitty because he tests positive for Feline Leukemia, which is dormant. He is healthy, but if he starts to have any health issues, they will need to be addressed immediately because his immune system is compromised. He does get picked on by more aggressive male kitties sometimes, so he could really use a home of his own where he can feel safe and confident. He would do okay in a household with other gentle cats, but they would have to be cats that also test positive for Feline Leukemia. He would also be happy as the only cat in the house, as long as he gets some good loving.
