Hi everyone, I’m Deuce, a 74 pound girl who came to AGB with Sam, my 69 pound brother, after our Dad passed away. We lived on a farm but our Mom can’t keep the farm up, so she’s selling it & moving to town & can’t take us with her. We are both 8 years old and we love each other very much. We would really like to find a family to adopt us together since we have never been apart and we’ve already gone through so much change. We are very laid back and friendly. We love kids. There was another dog on the farm with us and we got along well with her. We have been outside dogs, so we may need a little help learning to be house dogs, but we’re very smart so I know we can learn anything we need to know really fast. We are also afraid of thunder so we need someone to help us feel safe and secure whenbad storms come along. AGB gave me a medical exam and found I had a chicken bone wedged in my palate and some broken teeth. It hurt so much and the volunteers were amazed that I was able to keep my sweet, loving demeanor despite the pain I was in. They have given me the surgery I needed to remove the bone and fix my palate and I should make a full recovery. Now Sam and I just need to get adopted!
