Hello, I'm puppy Gus. I’m 7 weeks old and I weigh 8 pounds. I’m so relieved to be here with the wonderful AGB volunteers. In my short life, I have been through rough times. My mama dog was abandoned and had her puppies in the woods. She tried & tried to get some help and wandered for a long time looking for someone to help us. Finally, after several weeks a kind lady noticed her and took us in. By this time, I was the only pup who survived. I am told I am the sweetest little black beauty you will ever see! I was in bad shape when we were found; hungry, skinny and covered in fleas & ticks. Luckily, the lady contacted AGB and a volunteer got us right away. I’ve been given all my shots, microchipped and they got all those nasty bugs off of me, thank goodness! I have also been treated for roundworms. Now I just need to find my forever family.
