IDGSR welcomes Wolfgang into the safety of the rescue!!!
Wolfgang is a male German Shepherd who is all black and extra large in size. He is about 3 years old and very playful. Gets along fine with other dogs. NO CATS and older children would be best because of his size. Wolfgang was saved from a high-kill shelter just in time. He does have mild hip dysplasia which is being treated with supplements. He is heartworm positive and this will be treated as well. Wolfgang will need standard obedience training to make him the best dog he can be. This lively and playful boy has a lot of love to give and is just looking for a home of his own.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-3 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
