My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JUSTICE - Beagle mix, male, 8 years, 52 lbs. Justice is a 110% pure hound mix (we think!) He came to Peppertree from New York City, after being surrendered to the the NYC shelter system. Justice had been living with his owner and a beagle sibling for four years, but unfortunately, this was in violation of the apartment lease, and he suddenly found himself without a family. Now that he is experiencing the good life of a Peppertree foster dog, Justice is happily living with an easy going male dog who he very much enjoys napping and playing with. Justice is crate trained, housebroken, rides well in the car, loves meeting new people on neighborhood outings, but most of all loves snuggling with his household humans and their guests. He does great with folks of all ages. Cats are an unknown at this time, but when enjoying time outside on the deck, Justice allows his more energetic foster brother to assume all official squirrel control enforcement duties.
