My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Roxy. I'm a 4 month old, 12 pound Rat Terrier mix. I lost me home when a child in the home suddenly became allergic to me, 2 other dogs and a cat. I still don't believe it...I think it was just an excuse to dump us all.

I'm sweet as sugar and totally love my cuddle time with people. I'm a little shy when I first meet someone new but as soon as they get down to my level, I'm good. Those 2 legged creatures seem awfully tall but are much less scary when they bend down to say hello! I was nervous around the other dogs at first and needed reassurance to come out of my crate. The gang has been good to me so now I happily jump out of my crate to join them in the play yard for some fun.

I think I would be happy either way- with a friendly dog companion or as an only child. Maybe when I meet you, we can make that decision. I'm a lovely little girl just waiting for the right person or family to scoop me up and take me home.
