Kay's Story...
Kay came from the humane society, because the elderly gentleman that had her felt he could no longer care for her. He had named her Bay.. well I wanted to honor his wishes, but she was so beautiful.. so I went with Beautiful Kay, or BK for short. This little girl is so sweet and loving, but she is shy at first. She gets along with dogs her size and is house trained, enjoys being outside for a sun bath, and taking car rides. Kay is a quiet girl, and likes to live a quiet life, so no small children, and no big dogs would be the best life for her. Our girl is small, but could add to so much to a family's life. Perhaps you would consider our little darling?

adoption fee is $175.00

MPMR, Inc. requires all our adopted dogs to be kept on Heartworm prevention year around, or in accordance with your veterinarian's recommendation for your area. We also require all vaccinations be kept current in accordance with your veterinarian's protocol and health wellness plan for your dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kay, a Holland Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Holland, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Holland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Holland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Holland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Holland paves the way for another one to be saved.
