My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GRACIE is a 5 year old spayed black female Lab who weighs 77 pounds. Gracie and Chloe are a bonded pair that will be adopted together. They want to be with each other and look out for each other. Gracie follows Chloe's lead. Gracie is very sweet. She was getting a little scared at the shelter. She's been fine with other dogs at the shelter. From transporter: Gracie was sweet. She was great on the ride and stuck with Chloe. Gracie was a stray to the shelter, but no one came looking for her. She is approved for kids 10+. More info soon!

Update: Chloe and Gracie are a very sweet bonded pair. They are both housetrained and don't need to be crated when left in the house. Chloe is a playful fun girl who loves fetching, walks, lying by/on you on the rug, and following you everywhere. She is quiet all night but is alert and waiting to see you when you wake in the morning and ready to see what fun the day will bring. She is the leader of the two and very affectionate to Gracie.
Gracie is the yang to her bouncy mate's yin. She is a timid girl and is taking her time coming out of her shell, and looks to Chloe for guidance and confidence. She's still getting used to household noises and will retreat to her safe spot if she is unsure of things. Gracie is going to need time, patience and love to become a more confident girl. Gracie is a beautiful girl though and has the potential to be a lovely companion for a person willing to work with her.
