Skippy is a shy little boy who is very loving and gentle. He was very neglected and covered in fleas, ticks and fox tails when we got him. He spent most of his time living outside and is getting used to people and the kindness and love they give to him. Skippy is learning how to play, is good in the car, likes other dogs.
