My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little "low rider" dog is approx 13 months and 27 lbs. He looks like a basset/boxer mix. He has the boxer colors with a short tail. When we rescued him from a local shelter he was in horrible condition. He had been severely neglected and demodex mange. He is now looking like a brand new dog. He is just a sweetheart with a wonderful personality and just very easy going. He gets along with all of the other dogs,loves to run and play, sleeps in his doggie bed, does pretty well on the leash and does good on his house training. He still has some red patches on his skin but they are nearly cleared up, this is one happy little pup who is going to make a great buddy for someone.

If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet. We will go over all fees with you via email.
