My story

Hi! My name is Jubilant Joyce and I am looking for a loving, forever home. I was rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico where I was abandoned, scared and alone and left to fend for myself. I am now a happy, sweet outgoing girl.

I am being fostered on the Upper West Side in Manhatten. My foster family loves and adores me. I am happy to stop and say hello to anyone I meet and I love other dogs. I am a great combination of playful yet calm. I enjoy exploring the streets of Manhattan but then like to come home and cuddle on the couch.

I am 1.5 years old, 16 lbs, spayed, fully vetted, vaccinated and microchipped.
