Sonny Boy here is looking for his perfect match! He is truly the most gorgeous Dobie with his soft floppy ears and long curly tail still intact! He is 2 years old and has the most soulful dreamy brown eyes you have ever seen!
Sonny is very devoted and loyal to his people and makes an excellent guard dog! He will protect those he loves to the fullest and is the sweetest most loving, cuddly boy in town! If he could be a lap dog, he totally would! He is an excellent playmate for our 4 young daughters, adores being ourside and exploring, never turns down a long walk around the neighborhood or bounding around the park!
Sonny has done very well meeting other dogs and is the perfect gentleman every time! His chase instinct kicks in when he sees cats, so we recommend a cat free home for him unless you are willing to work on that! Sonny is exceptionally smart! In the short time he has been with us, we have taught him several tricks and it makes me so proud to see him sit and lay down on command! He loves nothing more than gnawing on his big knuckle bone or laying at his foster Dad's feet while he watches TV.
Sonny is a true Doderman and needs a home where he will have a purpose! Working dog breeds can be very active so keeping him busy will be important! Id love to see Sonny in a home that is active and spends a lot of time outdoors! He would be the perfect companion for hiking and running!
