Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lola is a 6 year old Yorkie mix who was terribly neglected. She was brought to animal control from her “owner” and was given only 1 day before she was going to be put to be euthanized. Luckily, we were there on her last day, so of course we rescued her. She had serious eye problems and after just one day of treatment, they got better. She may have hearing issues as one of her ear canals is closed up totally. We do not know if it was from an infection that wasn’t treated or if she was born that way. But that ear flops down and she does tilt her head to that side. She was totally emaciated, weighing only 6 pounds and her coat was very thin and missing hair, she now weighs 9.8 pounds and her body is filling back out. She was just a pathetic little girl, but in just the 3 days that we have had her, she has improved so much. She is the sweetest, most gentle little girl who is grateful for any attention that you give her. Her condition is improving daily and she will be ready for her forever home in no time at all!
