Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ducky is the perfect gentleman! He loves kids and all people. He is a 5 year old, 15 lb Poodle/Lhaso Apso mix who was found as a stray and brought to the shelter. He must have had a good home because he is house broken, good on a leash, and great around other dogs. Ducky is super sweet, calm and mellow. This sweet boy has a heart murmur and an enlarged heart. The vet doesn't think his heart disease will shorten his life. Ducky's new mom would just have to learn how to check his respiratory rate daily - which is really easy to learn. Ducky likes to control his walks by laying down on the ground and choosing when to get up. He is quite a character. We are working with him to get with the program that only mom or dad controls the walks! This sweet boy sleeps through the night and has a great temperament. If you are looking for a great companion- Ducky is the guy for you!
