Leggs-Mini's Story...
Hi! My name is Leggs and I'm a very handsome 17 mo old red merle male mini Aussie. I weigh all of 15 pounds. As you can see I get my name from my long legs!

I am an outgoing boy and happy boy that loves people! I am a teeny bit shy at first but I come around very quickly! I came into rescue with my sister Bella (adopted). I prefer people to dogs although I do get along with them (I've lived with MANY other dogs) however I'd really like to be an only dog and get all the love and attention. I do have to admit, I get car sick but my foster mom is working with me on it.

I'm learning house manners, being crate and house trained and coming along very well. I'm just the cutest thing you ever saw and love to cuddle and nuzzle your neck! I'm very devoted and will love you for always, will you love me for always?

Leggs is fostered in Deltona.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leggs-Mini, a Orlando Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
