Brooklyn's Story...
Brooklyn is a cute mash-up of a Beagle and either a Doberman Pinscher or a dog who looked a lot like one. She's got the coloring and eyes of a Doberman but the rest of her is definitely Beagle. When she's outside she often has her nose to the ground just like a scent-hound should.

Brooklyn is active and enjoys playing with toys, running and basically just exploring the outside with a pal. Since she's a scent hound and can get lost in tracking something it's a must that she be leashed when outside or supervised in a fenced yard.

Brooklyn is around a year old, weighs 38 pounds and is healthy and friendly.

Email Homelesspetsfoundation@gmail.com or call 770-971-0100 for more info. Or fill out an adoption application, found at www.homelesspets.com/adoption-form.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brooklyn, a Marietta Beagle/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Doberman Pinscher for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Beagle/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
