Bookie's Story...
Small, shy, super sugar sweet boy

Sweet, shy Bookie was dumped in a kill shelter.  He was so scared. We just couldn't resist. We put out a plea for someone to pull and transport him to us.  He was then on his way!! He's a happy, snuggly boy who is perfect with other dogs.  He's so gentle we feel he will probably be great with cats.  Because he is scared, he would be best with older kiddos, just so his home is calm & quiet.

Bookie got his first bath the second day he was with us. He was such a GOOD boy for his bath.  The second picture here is bathday!! The third picture his Bookie scared in the shelter :o(

He's fantastic on a leash and loves to run zoomies and play!!

Bookie is young around 1 year old and small around 15 pounds.

He will make an excellent best friend ♥

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bookie, a Cedar Creek Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Cedar Creek, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Cedar Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedar Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedar Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedar Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
