Dyson's Story...
Meet the "Vacuum Cleaners". We love silly names so we always have a "Name That Litter" contest on Facebook and that's how they got their names! Anyway, the mama to these pups was found as a stray walking the streets barefoot and pregnant. She was picked up by animal control but we got her out right away so she could have her babies in a safe and clean environment. They were born on February 23rd, 2016. Mam is a Lab mix and we believe the daddy to be a Great Pyrenees. These are the sweetest babies you will ever meet! They just love everybody! Very gentle in nature and willing to please. Ready for adoption right now! Adoption fee is $500

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dyson, a Salem Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever for sale in Salem, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
