Here's what the humans have to say about me:
THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING. THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF WILKES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEALTH AND TEMPERAMENT OF THIS DOG
Max was rescued from a home that kept him on a 4 foot chain all his life. He is 5 years old and had no contact with other dogs, other than his daughter (Lulu) that he was chained with. He is sweet to us, let us handle his food, groom him. For the first time in his life he is getting the attention he deserves, and in return he gives us a lick. This is his way of thanking us. About 2 months ago he was diagnosed with an eye tumor and had to have his eye removed. We would like Max and his daughter Lulu go together since they get along very well together.
