Here's what the humans have to say about me:
See Libby's video here: https://youtu.be/LL-OIxYvBMM
Libby is a purebred border collie puppy who was born at the end of December, 2015. Libby was born deaf, but you would never know it from watching her.
Libby is very smart and is learning hand signals in her foster home. She works well for treats and also learns from the other canines in her foster family.
Libby is crate trained and working on her housetraining. Libby is a small dog, who probably won't weigh more than 30 pounds when full grown. She's perfectly comfortable hanging out in your arms and loves to cuddle. Libby enjoys playing with other dogs and also with toys.

If interested in possibly adoption Libby, please complete an application at this link:
Upon approval, adopters must be willing to travel to southwest Idaho to meet Libby and will be asked to sign a contract that states Libby will be spayed at 6 to 12 months of age. Libby has had her first shots and microchip, and her adoption fee is $200. In addition we will require a $200 deposit which will be refunded when we receive proof of her spay surgery.
