Tinker Bell's Story...
Hi my name is Tinker Bell and I am a four-year-old French Bulldog mix weighing 35 pounds. I have a lot of good friends at BCAR and I enjoy walking with them. Or sometimes they ride me in their car to the play field then I run around chasing tennis balls. After that I usually like to rest for a while and have my belly rubbed. I am a little timid with new folks but with time, I like people when they are nice to me. I do not get along well with children, they kind of scare me, so I need a home without children. Come on by and we can hang out together on the BCAR bench to get to know one another.
Love, Tinker Bell We prefer a home with children over the age of 5 who will be able to assist in the pet’s care. All of our dogs are placed as indoor family pets. No electric fences, please. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tinker Bell, a Big Canoe French Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a French Bulldog for sale in Big Canoe, or seeking a French Bulldog dog from a breeder in Big Canoe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Big Canoe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Big Canoe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even French Bulldog breeders who help with French Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Big Canoe paves the way for another one to be saved.
