Marco's Story...
Meet Marco!! He is an adorable little dude weighing in at about 12-15 lbs. He is about 2 years old. Marco was found as a stray in Tijuana very matted, smelly & gross :( We got him all groomed up & since no owners couild be located, he is now he is ready for his furever home!!
Marco is great with most other dogs & cats. He likes dogs his size more than bigger dogs as they tend to scare him and he will bark at them. He's a total cuddle bug & despite living on the streets for who knows how long, he aims to please & has learned very quickly how to be an excellent family dog! His foster doesn't have any complaints about him & says he's just a chill great dude!!

His adoption fee is 200. This covers his groom, neuter, vaccines & microchip. Let us know if interested :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marco, a Phoenix Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
