Claude and his sister Harriet are named after Claude Monet and Harriet Tubman, who both went blind later in life. They are friendly, affectionate cats who navigate well despite their blindness, and happily cuddle and play.

Harriet is more outgoing and will accept petting from anyone. She often has her tongue sticking out. Claude is very shy, but can be drawn out will offers of affection. It will take a little patience to encourage Claude to be comfortable and trust, but it is well worth it.

Claude and Harriet were taken in by TCR when their owner was hospitalized. They required eye surgery for congenital defects and are now doing well. They respond well to sounds, and to treats as all cats do.

Claude and Harriet are full of love. Any family will be lucky to welcome them into their home... and they can't wait to join your family!
