Bio:
Obi's a German Shepherd that we think might have some Husky in him. I adopted him, not because he was a perfect fit for our family, but because I have a soft spot for Shepherds. I knew that even if he didn’t work in our household, I wanted to find him a home. He’s been with us since January 7, 2016. He’s beautiful and has a golden temperament. However, our Chihuahua, Marty, does not feel the same. Marty has been stressed since we brought Obi home. Initially he was vomiting a lot. Now, he’s eating less and hiding in his crate, a closet, or in the bathroom. Marty is on his fourth round of antibiotics; he keeps getting sick because the stress is lowering his immune system. I need serenity in my home again.

Obi is fantastic with children, loves other dogs, is neutered, microchipped, healthy, and crate trained. I have also done some obedience training with him. He's an indoor/outdoor dog looking for a home with someone who loves Shepherds and has a fenced yard. We have attempted to rehome Obi through our own circle of friends and family but have not been successful. We care a lot about the welfare of this animal and need help finding the right home for Obi.
