I am Shine. My name used to be Heygirl. I arrived a few weeks ago. A local resident found me running the streets as a stray and captured me. I lived with her for a few months and am now at Hallie Hill. I am blind in one eye but do fine. I really want to be friendly, but am a bit afraid, so please be patient with me as I get to know you. I like treats and I like to bounce around and play. I am told I will have a friendly roommate so that I can begin to trust you through other dogs. I am a very pretty cream color with black highlighting. I’m approximately 4 yrs old and weigh about 50lbs. I will be available for adoption very soon, after all my vet checkups are finalized. And there will be a day when I realize you are my friend and I will trust you. I have a feeling that day is coming soon.

Our Adoption Process...

We have very high expectations for anyone adopting an animal from Hallie Hill. Please only consider adopting a pet from us if you are willing to provide the best of care. We have an application that must be approved and an agreement that is signed before adoption that asks adopters to pledge the following:
•To provide quality food and medical care (including heartworm prevention).
•To provide a secure environment /fenced in area.
•To provide patience and love.
•To return the animal to Hallie Hill in the event that you are unable (for any reason) to continue to provide for the pet. We will pick it up if necessary.
