Elsa's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Elsa's Story...
Elsa is not quite 1 year old. She was being fed and kept safe by a Good Samaritan during her pregnancy and while she was nursing 4 kittens. Elsa had likely been owned and abandoned. She seems used to being in a home and is very sweet and loving. Elsa's four kittens are also available for adoption. They are presently 6 weeks old. Elsa is still nursing her babies who are beginning to eat wet and dry cat food. All will be ready for good homes by May 28. Elsa will be spayed once she is no longer nursing. We will adopt kittens with spay agreement contract.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elsa, a Homestead Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Homestead, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Homestead.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homestead already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homestead breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homestead paves the way for another one to be saved.
